For organizations that have completed an engagement and need ongoing architecture oversight, security review, or strategic advisory. Retainers provide priority access to senior consultants without the overhead of a full-time hire.
All figures shown are in CAD. HST is added to every invoice at the applicable rate. A 25% deposit is required before work begins on any engagement.
Multi-region deployments, regulated workloads (PHIPA, PIPEDA, SOC 2, HIPAA), or environments with significant legacy debt typically fall at the higher end of the range shown, or require custom scoping.
Most Systems engagements are conducted remotely. On-site visits, where required, are billed at cost plus a daily consulting rate. This is discussed and agreed before any travel is booked.
Systems does not accept referral fees or reseller commissions from any vendor. Platform and tool recommendations are based exclusively on fit for your environment.
